What a wonderful testimony and evidence of the powerful work that Pastor Greg and harvest are doing. I only wish I could get Pastor Greg on TV or radio in Austin, Texas!

Pastor Greg, what a powerful testimony of
God’s grace and mercy. No man can be too evil
    that Christ can’t save.

  4. David says:

Awesome- Just when you think you have it rough. You see a testimony of perserverence through all that time. Look now. Thanks

I am overjoyed that I have come to a point in my life, in my own faith, that I can listen to a story like that and think – ABSOLUTELY!! Absolutely God CAN, Absolutely God will!! It is an awesome testimony! Yes – Jesus can and does reach amazing people who have lived unbelievable lives to get people’s attention and to give them salvation! In fact, God probably doesn’t care who comes to salvation through Michael – but He clearly cares that Michael came to salvation. That is an awesome God, creator of the Universe who reached down and touched this one lost kid among the thousands that were and are still involved in that particular lifestyle. Michael – it doesn’t matter WHY you, it just matters that it IS you.

I patiently waited through the interview. I knew the Holy Spirit would move Micheal and I would hear Him speak through him. His words at the end ABSOLUTELY demonstrated his yielding to the Spirit of God and the quiet of that auditorium PROCLAIMED the presence of the Lord.

I leave in joyful wonderment at the love and power of our God.

Thank you for posting this. I found it very interesting, especially his thoughts about guilt at the end.

  9. Diana says:

Very powerful testimony. And I love it that you have a sense of humor, Pastor Greg…I said to myself, “no he didn’t!” when you asked Michael to say, “fagetabouttit.” LOL! I visited Michaels website and it has alot of helpful tips about gambling addiction. I have a young 22-yr old family member who is into gambling at all the casino’s in California and I’m going to refer him to the site. Thanks!

    Pastor Greg
It is so awesome that you gave this man your time. I find this story particularly interesting and amazing how GOD can use ANYONE! from anywhere to further HIS kingdom. Isn’t GOD AWESOME!!! His wife must have been one faithful woman of GOD. You know we are so blessed by our wives I think you should have done the story on her she was the real hero in this wonderful story. what a brave woman to go so boldly to the throne and ask GOD to change this man’s heart her absolute faith and connection with JESUS is what led to this man’s new walk with JESUS.

Pastor Greg I love you brother
God bless you and yours forever

It’s a great testimony – I would actually love to hear his wife’s testimony which would be inspiring. Her perserverence in Prayer, her faithfulness, her long term trust in God despite the hardships of life with a man such as this. There are no front covers for women like this but I know they are heroe’s of the faith.

  13. Crystal Knox says:

Wow that was a very powerful message. Thank you having him there and for God who loves all our brothers and sisters who are in very different situations; that God uses even when they feel undeserving of his love. Pastor Greg may the Lord bless you!

  14. Jim says:

Thank you for this interview with Mr. Franzese; he is a living example of the width and depth of the Grace and Mercy of our Lord! My wife and I were riveted to the interview and even discussed the interview later on in the day – absolutely amazing to see how great a love our God truly has for everyone of us, no matter who we are or what we’ve done.

  15. Cynthia says:

Greg, you are such a great preacher, but such a dork sometimes! Will you please forget about “fuggedaboudit”?

In all seriousness, this was an amazing interview! I was at church but I couldn’t hear Michael very well. Listening to him here, wow! What a testimony! Praise God for saving this soul!

    Greg Responds-
    Cynthia-
    “I’m a DORK?”
    “Forgetaboutit!
    :)

What a blessing! I never have my computer in the living room, today I did. As I started listening to Mr. Franzese speak, my son and his friend from going to MCA in Costa Mesa, sat down and started to listen. I made sure the volume was as high as it would go. They both have strayed from the Lord, and just had returned from San Francisco, a road trip. They are 19. One played with a piece of paper and the other a cell phone. I was watching and they couldn’t stand it anymore, and asked to see the face of who was talking. At one point when Jesus Christ was said, I thought here they go out the room. They both stayed and listed until it was over. The Lord uses anyone who is willing to reach people. Thank you for the great interview and oh, how blessed I am today and everyday. God Bless you and your family

  18. JT says:
