Easter Services at Harvest Riverside and Orange County

April 23rd, 2011 Posted in sermons

Easter, So What?

Easter is finally here. The day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It really is an indisputable fact that the Jesus did come out of that tomb. But a question comes to mind in light of all of this – so what?

Don’t misunderstand what I am saying. I don’t want to imply this event is not of the greatest significance. I am wondering, “So what does this mean to me?”

What effect does the resurrection of Jesus have on me today, living in the 21st Century?

Answer – It affects you in more ways then you could ever imagine. So that will be my message title this year for Easter at Harvest, “Easter, So What?”

Hi I work retail so is so difficult to attend church on Sundays. There’s only three days that our store is close. Eastern, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I’m so excited to be able to go to church on Sunday and Easter Sunday. I’m bringing a friend with me. His first time visiting a church. He’s Muslim. Not sure if this day is a good day to bring him over. Please pray for God to touch him and his able to receive Jesus as his savior.
